It starts with a walk of the site.

A free visit, no obligation. We listen, we measure, and we talk budget honestly — then you get a fixed, itemised quote in writing before we lift a tool.

2.0 — Foundations

Set right the first time.

Drawings, planning permission and building regs, handled end to end if you need us to. Footings poured, inspected and signed off before a single brick goes on.

3.0 — The shell

One project manager. Weekly updates.

Brickwork, oak frame and roof rise under one dedicated project manager, with a progress note in your inbox every Friday. No chasing, no surprises.

4.0 — The finish

Our own joiners, our own standard.

Oak staircases, kitchens and glazing fitted by our workshop team — and the site left tidy every single evening. Ask our neighbours.

5.0 — Handover

Keys, warranty, and we still answer the phone.
