A commissioned client build. PolicyMind profiles a UK business, shows exactly which policies it's legally required to hold, drafts them with AI grounded in official guidance, checks the ones it already has, and keeps everything audit-ready as the law and the business change.
An AI-assisted governance and compliance platform built for a paying client, aimed at UK businesses that need to get - and stay - compliant without a legal team. Users answer a short profile (size, sector, whether they employ people, what data they hold) and PolicyMind maps them to the exact policies they're legally required to hold, plus the ones expected of their sector. It then drafts each policy section by section in plain English, grounded in official UK guidance with cited sources; checks existing policies for gaps against current regulation; scans a website or GitHub repo to infer obligations; and rolls everything into a prioritised worklist and a single compliance-health score. A Compliance Assistant answers questions with cited sources and can act on the user's behalf - generate, check, or update - always confirming first. Evidence-pack export, an immutable audit log, team approvals and Stripe metered billing round it out.

Draft tailored, plain-English policies section by section, grounded in official UK guidance with cited sources - not generic templates. You watch the reasoning as it writes, and pick the tone.
Compliance check
Point it at a policy you already have and it flags gaps against current regulation - missing clauses, outdated references, and the specific requirement each finding maps back to.
Website & repo scan
Scan a company website or GitHub repository to infer what the business actually does and surface compliance obligations it may have missed.
Worklist & health score
A prioritised worklist and a single compliance-health score turn a sprawling obligation list into 'what needs you next', with coverage, average quality and high-risk gaps at a glance.
Evidence & audit trail
