We are a service-area business, not a shop you walk into. In practice that means we meet clients at their premises or on a call, and the work itself happens wherever it happens.

Across Medway - Chatham, Gillingham, Rochester, Strood and Rainham - we will come to you without thinking about it. Across the rest of Kent and the South East, we will come to you for anything worth a meeting. Beyond that, we work with clients anywhere in the UK remotely, which is how most software gets built now and has never been the limiting factor on a project.

What we will not do is pretend to a local presence we do not have. If you want someone who can be at your office in twenty minutes and you are in Cornwall, we are the wrong choice and we will say so.

Honestly, less than people expect for the building, and more than people expect for everything around it. The code does not care where it was written. What being nearby changes is the first conversation, the awkward one in month three, and the day something breaks.
