Website design packages
Most studios will not publish a package price, which is why you are probably on your fourth tab. Here are ours, with the running costs and the things each one does not cover.
One thing worth saying up front: we do not hold features back to create tiers. Which package you land in is decided by what the site actually has to do, not by which box you tick.

The three packages
Prices current at the date on this page. Every one is a fixed quote agreed before work starts, never a day rate.
Simple site
£0 build fee (£45 a month, year one)
Small business brochure sites, around ten pages or fewer
- Design and build, no build fee
- Hosting, HTTPS, CDN and monitoring
- Backups, dependency updates and security patches
- Technical SEO and accessibility as standard
- Source code yours at twelve months
The honest catch: No database and no logins. A contact form that emails you is fine. Content needs to be basically settled - copywriting and photography from scratch is separate work.
Database site
From £500 (£90 a month)
Shops, bookings, customer portals, anything with a login
- Everything in the simple package
- Database, accounts and authentication
- Stripe payments where you need them
- Encrypted storage and an audit trail where one matters
- Source code yours at twelve months
The honest catch: Priced on scope rather than a flat figure, because a booking system and a twelve-product shop are genuinely different amounts of work. You get the fixed number before anything starts.
Web app
From £1,500 (From £90 a month)
Internal tools, client portals, a first SaaS version
- A focused first version aimed at real users
- Roles and permissions
- Integrations with the tools you already run
- Deployment, monitoring and ongoing maintenance
- Source code yours at twelve months
The honest catch: This is software rather than a website, so scoping matters more. We would usually cut the first version smaller than you expect and add to it once real people have used it.
Comparing packages between studios
Package pages are hard to compare because everyone draws the lines somewhere different. Three questions make any two quotes comparable:
- What does it cost over five years? Build fee plus the monthly figure times sixty. A cheap build on an expensive subscription often loses to a paid build.
- Who owns the source code? Ask before signing. Plenty of packages leave you renting your own website indefinitely. Ours becomes yours at twelve months.
- What happens when you want a change? Find out whether changes are included, quoted, or billed by the hour, and get it in writing rather than assumed.

Common questions
How much do website design packages cost in the UK?
Ours start at no build fee for a simple brochure site if you host with us for the first year at £45 a month, which is £540 across year one. Sites needing a database, logins or payments start from £500 plus £90 a month. Web apps start from £1,500. Every package is a fixed quote agreed before work starts.
Do you offer affordable website design packages for small businesses?
The £0 build fee package exists for exactly that: a small business that needs a proper site and cannot justify a four-figure build. You pay hosting at £45 a month for the first year and own the source code at twelve months. It is not a stripped-back tier, it is the same engineering on a smaller site.
Do you do ecommerce website design packages?
Yes, and they sit in the database package from £500. Product pages, baskets, checkout and Stripe integration are real engineering rather than a template setting, which is why shops start meaningfully above brochure-site prices. Running cost is £90 a month.
Are these WordPress website design packages?
No. We build as code rather than on WordPress, which is why performance, accessibility and technical SEO come as standard instead of as plugins to configure and keep patched. If you already run WordPress we will tell you honestly whether a rebuild is worth the money.
What is not included?
New features and design changes after launch are quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly. Copywriting and photography from scratch are separate work. Heavy traffic above the plan is charged as capacity used, and we will agree a monthly cap if you want one.
